Aquatic Performance Training Levels

Streamline is our entry level training group; it is the perfect introduction to the swim team experience.  Swimmers will learn the basic technical foundations of all 4 competitive strokes. 

Skills Taught:

• Definitions for Discipline, Integrity & Excellence 
• Streamline & Dolphin Kicking
• Circle Swimming
• Proper Mechanics for Fly, Back, Breast & Free
• Flip Turns (Free & Back) & Open Turns (Breast & Fly)

Program Fees:

$200 annual registration fee + $155/month

The Sprint level builds on the technical foundation developed at our Streamline level and introduces swimmers to interval training and race strategy.

Skills Taught:

• Definitions for Discipline, Integrity & Excellence 
•  Streamline & Dolphin Kicking
• Self-Timing using a pace clock
• Negative Splitting
• Basic Breath Control Exercises
• Basic Racing Strategies

Program Fees:

$200 annual registration fee + $170/month

Swimmers at the three star level will be introduced to resistance training with weights in and out of the water.  They will be expected to be highly proficient in executing all of the skills taught at the Streamline & Sprint levels.

• Definitions for Discipline, Integrity & Excellence
• Streamline & Dolphin Kicking
• Basic Weight Training (in & out of water)
• Advanced Breath Control Exercises
• Advanced Racing Strategies

Program Fees: 

$200 annual registration fee + $190/month 

Swimmers must be personally invited to join this level by the head coach.  They will be expected to develop their own schedule and communicate openly with the coach about their individualize training plan.

• Personal Periodization
• Personal Season & Annual Planning

Program Fees:

$200 annual registration fee + $210/month
